Certify an Educational Institution, as the Services for Children and Families, means certify that the institution had the functionality, effectiveness, efficiency and competence as a prerequisite for achieving its services in the educational level corresponding to those plan and programmed.Quality of Services for Children and Families should consider:•Quality of children life;•Quality services from the point of view of families(PERCEIVED QUALITY at SOCIAL level);•Quality services from the point of view of the Institutional Managers (RECOGNIZED QUALITY MANAGEMENT level);•Quality of services from the perspective of educators and operators (AUTO-EVALUATED QUALITY at level);•the advice of professionals, experts in Quality Assurance (ATTRIBUTED QUALITY by external experts).These different components of the assessment of quality combined, produce a CERTIFIED QUALITY.The accreditation and certification according to the Standard CEIF: 2009 for Educational Institutions operating in Services for Children and Families is a recognition of Management, Training Services and Social Services Quality.This recognition allows Children and Families Services to be identified as EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF PUBLIC UTILITY, useful to be able to obtain public funding and recognition in the social sphere.
